Chile Tipico en Nogada- Chiles in Walnut Sauce
A traditional Mexican
dish Made with grilled poblano chiles stuffed with picadillo a mixture of ground meat (beef, pork, Veal) aromatics,
fresh-dried fruits, pine nuts and spices, covered in walnut sauce, and garnished with parsley and pomegranate seeds.It is
said this dish was invented in the 1800s by the Monjas Clarisas native in the town of Puebla. VIVA MEXICO! Only in season.
